In early March 2026, MRTech has released a new IFF SDK Version 2.1 under the Dama dama badge.

MRTech IFF SDK (Image Flow Framework SDK) is a versatile cross-platform toolkit that facilitates the development of high-performance machine vision and image processing applications, while Dama dama is the Latin name for the European fallow-deer that is native to Slovakia.

A family of these deer lives near MRTech RnD office outside Bratislava, always attracting everyone’s attention when they approach and often participating in photo shoot sessions.

The major upgrades in IFF SDK Dama dama release are:

  • Expanded NVIDIA GPU support up to Blackwell architecture.
  • Expanded NVIDIA Jetson support up to Thor series (including decoder component).
  • Expanded compatibility of SDK GenICam component to Emergent Vision Technologies cameras.
  • Introduced compatibility with MRTech Video4Linux driver for Sony IMX586 sensor to Video4Linux2 camera component.

Several other components and filters have been added and improved in this IFF SDK release, please check out the full list of changes in the IFF SDK manual.
